I received the new phone today, After putting in my old SIM card, I am not able to make calls or send/receive SMS, I am with Optus, Is the phone not compatible? I asked on the product page if this phone was compatible with Optus in Australia. Is there something wrong with the phone, or is this intended? Your prompt response is much appreciated.
